Scammed us out of money. Sent him a wire for a full truckload based on his instructions. He confirmed receiving the money. Thirty days goes by and says that he can't get the product and can't return our money because it went to someone else. Filing a police report and warning everyone possible to stay away from this scammer. DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY.

We got our pebbles. They look great. It just took way longer than we were told. Which would be fine but there was very limited communication. We didnt order enough so we will be ordering more.

I don't know what's going on here. I placed an order with Sandra well over a month ago and prepaid $4500. Here I am 5 weeks later and no pebbles. this is a sizable order, 18,000 lbs and communication has been poor and spotty, mostly via text. no one will answer the phone after order was placed.  I was finally promised shipping Monday/Tuesday this week with a 2 to 3 day delivery. it's now Friday and no confirmation of shipment. I was told Leo would contact me weeks ago and nothing. I am left no choice but to leave this negative review, something I never do, and follow up with my credit card company to try and start a refund.  I've given them one last chance to provide tracking today, if not Discover will  start the refund process. I know post COVID business has been hard so I've tried by best to give Sandra every benefit of doubt but enough is enough.

Stones are beautiful. We got the mixed color and Sandra helped us choose the best size. It took longer than expected for delivery but we are very happy with the purchase.
