Angelic Nails and Spa

I visited Angelic Nails and Spa salon 15 days ago; unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the nail polish used by the salon was extremely poor. The color started to chip off within a few hours, leaving my nails uneven and unsightly. It was a total waste of money and time. Furthermore, the nail art that I requested was very poorly executed. The designs were messy and uneven, and it was clear that the technician wanted to do it quickly so she could leave. Seeing how my nails looked after I paid 35 dollars for the service was frustrating. To add insult to injury, the service at the salon was not pleasant either. The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. I came back to the salon 5 days later because one of the nails was broken and the rest looked messy because of the bad quality of the nail polish. They seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other and laughing than in providing good service. They redid some of my nails again with the wrong nail polish color and after I tell them that it wasn't the right color she painted them above with the correct color... I felt like I was an inconvenience to them, and they rushed through the service without any care or attention to detail. Now I am heading to another nail salon because one of my nails yesterday broke because the nail polish wasn't strong enough to support the length and it was very painful. Also, there are two nails that have broken nail polish and this never happened to me. They use Opi nail polish but it must be expired or something because it is not normal that this happens only after 2 weeks. Overall, I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The low-quality nail polish, poor nail art, and unpleasant service made my experience a total disappointment. Save your money and time and find a better salon elsewhere. Mom & Daughter visit, She had Nancy for Dual Mani/Pedi & I had Nina. I felt authenticity from both ladies.. I enjoyed my pedicure very much. Fabulous choice in colors available! I highly recommend here. There was 3 other women working.. so I'm sure they are good at accommodating. I called 10 mins before showing up. 2nd visit, had the Mask Wearing; ITEM IDOL 0NE,.. great message yet Cold in a stern quiet way.. and o.k. not sure I honestly got what I wanted.. she cut the nails all 10! VS. Take the time to pick w/cuticle nips @ the skin... I'm sure that's what I wanted.. cutting can create the Room for ingrown VS skin issue.. IYKYK. I have been doing my best to not cut my own nails too- but seek help grooming.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 15 years. Went today, only 2 other clients being worked on. Asked for the basic pedicure. Had a new technician that i had never seen before. i was in and out in 20 minutes. Usually takes at least 45 minutes. She did not help me put my sandals back on to make sure that i didn't mess up the polish, like they always do. Guess she was in a hurry to get back to looking at her phone as there were not any clients waiting. Very disappointing and will have to decide if i want to go back there again.
