Called three times in two hours to get hold of someone to find out why my order was put on hold. all I got was voicemasil to leave a message. Never got a call back.. Continue to call and get put on hold then voicemail for the next 1 1/2 hours.

Fast service. Ordered a Tour Master Alpine Trek Jacket on Thursday evening and arrived Monday afternoon. All suppliers had the same price but 2Wheel had the best reviews for service and delivery. Would have loved to have found a better price but with an upcoming road trip planned I got the jacket much faster than I thought I would. Will use 2Wheel again.

Have to put star rating but really it is zero stars. They say flash shipping and 1 to 3 days shipping. But nope you cannot even get a hold of them 4 days later. Call get put as caller number 1 in line 8 minutes later they send you to voicemail. Continue to call and get put on hold then voicemail for the next 1 1/2 hours. Send emails, facebook! Nothing!! They have horrible and embarrassing customer service skills. Please do not tell me shipping delays as I work in the shipping industry and ship nationally and internationally daily on thousands of items. Have yet to have any issues. Please check your emails and respond to and cancel and send the refund requested immediately

Bought a Saddlemen Road Sofa seat from 2wheel, that 2wheels website said it fit my Honda Valkyrie. Got the seat, opened it up, looked at it, said to myself no way this will fit. Sure enough it won't, looked the part number up on Saddlemens website, the seat is for a Honda Goldwing. Called 2wheel they no said problem we'll send you a confirmation email with a prepaid return label. Got the email, they were saying I ordered the wrong part and there was no prepaid return label. I called them back a couple days later, their employee said "give me a couple days to figure this out and we'll call you back". So I waited and waited, till it was 4 months later and no phone call or email. So I emailed 2wheel back saying how they falsely advertised the seat as fitting my motorcycle. Got the same return confirmation email with no prepaid return label. Then next email I sent I said they falsely advertised the seat as fitting my Valkyrie and that companies get sued every day for false advertising as it is fraud. Two days later I got a confirmation email saying Wrong description online and it had a prepaid return label. So much for No Hassle Returns, I would say that's some false advertising too. I Will just stick to buying from DennisKirk and RevZilla, so much better companies to deal with.
