Simply a wonderful experience for a first time home buyer. Collin is clearly an experienced professional in this field and explained each step thoroughly as we went through the home buying process. He was always there whenever I needed to reach out for an answer and even took a step further than expected and took a three way phone was with my insurance company for my home insurance to help with anything I couldn't answer. Again, a wonderful experience.

I was introduced to Collin Clifford through my real estate agent and he was very happy to help. He helped me navigate the VA loan process by letting me know how much can be funded by VA especially since it was my second VA loan. He got me and my wife pre qualified and was patient with us through out the house hunting months. When we finally found a house we were able to close within two weeks, and with great rates. I'm sure the closing will have gone much faster if I wasn't overseas.
