This review is long overdue, Bill is absolutely the best in the industry!My husband and I were in need of refinancing our home and I met Bill by luck 5 years ago searching online for a loan officer. During the past 5 years, Bill has helped us Purchase 2 homes and complete 4 Refinances. He is incredibly thorough, patient and very prompt in communication. Words can't express my gratitude for everything Bill has done for my family. We just closed on our dream home on August 9th, 2021, Bill and his incredible team made it possible.  Bill Hierl is amazing and I highly recommend him for Purchases and Refinances.

Bill was extremely prompt to answer any questions (and there were many), whether they were via email, text, phone call. Even when I needed clarification and things needed to be explained multiple times, Bill was very patien, honest, and didn't make me feel dumb at all. Buying or refinancing a home is a big financial investment and truly understanding what you are getting is important. I highly recommend Bill, to help broker their next mortgage or refi.

I've refinanced twice with Bill, some years ago for my condo and now on my home. Bill makes it about as easy and smooth a process as it could be. No games or hassles, not pushy, everything is done electronically except for the final paperwork where a mobile notary comes to you. I'm not an expert, but the loan terms and fees seem really good.  I strongly recommend you check with Bill when shopping for a mortgage.

My wife and I were looking to do another VA refi and we were having a bad experience with another lender we were working with.  I decided to contact Bill again since we had used him before.  I can honestly say that I am so glad that we were to able to use Bill again.  He is by far the best loan officer to work with.  He responds in a very timely manner especially when he is off working hours.  He always seems to gives us answers right away.  Other loan officers I have worked with sometimes do not respond right away and it gets very frustrating.We will continue to use Bill's services because we trust his work and he is proficient and very professional.  We just recently closed escrow and it was a very pleasant process knowing that Bill was taking care of us.  Bill is also one of the most kindest and respectful loans officers to work with and I can assure you that he will get you the best rate out there.  He gets straight to the point and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the process.Thanks again for helping us Bill, we surely appreciate you!
