Lee Ann Stein has helped us with several home loans. She is knowledgeable, available, and was able to listen to our (unusual) situation to find really great financing. She more than met our expectations on all occasions. Many of the required documents I was able to email her to save my time and she was quick to let me know if she needed something else, so the houses all closed on time. I highly recommend her to anyone desiring to finance or refinance a mortgage.

Lee Ann is one of the best loan officers in the business. I was referred to her through her son Ryan, who is an awesome realtor himself. At the time, I was active duty Navy stationed in Connecticut awaiting orders to 29 Palms, CA. I was purchasing a home there, and even though Lee Ann had little experience with the area as it is 3 hours away from San Diego, she was able to assist in every way possible. She even offered a rate that beat out all the competitors! The entire home buying process occurred while I was 3,000 miles away and she still had no problem communicating with me and moving quickly with the purchase. The home closed in only 20 days! After experiencing the hassles during 2 home purchases and 2 home refinances, Lee Ann is the most caring, devoted, and efficient loan officer I have worked with! Highly recommended!
