We are delighted to write this review for Favio, he was very professional, accessible and patient with the entire family (husband, wife, child and even the mother-in-law). Eight year old Diego says thank you for helping us find our home! Favios support and consistency was very special during frustrating times in dealing with a complex market. He kept us motivated until we found the right place. Favio focused on utilizing our strongest resources and moving the correct pieces at time of negotiation. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Favio as our agent and would recommend him to everyone! We first reached out to Favio via word of mouth through mutual friends and from the first meeting we knew he was going to be the agent for us. Favio answered all of our questions and really made us feel more knowledgeable and at ease with the home buying process. During the hunt for a home within our price range, Favio offered great suggestions and even found us some homes that were on the market for only a few hours. Once we finally started the process of closing on our first home, Favio really saved the day! An issue with our lender made this difficult process even more challenging. Favio stepped in and contacted our lender to speed up to process and even reached out to our future HOA to expedite and to obtain documents on our behalf to keep our sale on track. I am so thankful to Favio for helping my husband and I find and buy our 1st home. Favio always greeted us with a smile and a Positive attitude. I know that I am a very picky person and finding a home was definitely a mission, but one Im happy Favio helped navigate, with persistence and great negotiable skills.
