    This is the worst company . All they care about is your money . My psychiatrist was great but this company she works for is horrible . They double charge me everytime I have an appointment. I look on my claims on my insurance account and dont see anything that would make them charge me 2x . Ill be reporting them.

    I have had nothing short of a positive experience since reaching out to Sokya a year ago! I was able to get an appointment within the same month, and Dr. Stephanie Chen has been incredibly helpful and supportive during my appointments and always schedules the next follow-up when we are meeting. I called the front desk about an insurance issue and they understood immediately what my issue was and they were direct and clear on what steps I needed to take to fix the issue. Thankful to have a reliable psychiatrist who meets virtually and enables minimal effort on my end!

    Sokya Health and Dr. Pabbathi literally saved my life. Just over a year ago I had a mental breakdown that ultimately led to my divorce. The years leading up to the "breakdown" I had received poor psychiatric care. Psychiatrists prescribed anything and everything to me including Zaxax, Ambien, and Adderall. They continued to up and up my meds and didn't really take the time to listen. Dr. Pabbathi helped me get "clean" off of everything and start fresh. He was very attentive and cautious with my care plan. He was also very honest with me and told me the "hard truth" with tough love- but ultimately that it what I needed to start to make a full recovery. One year later I am a completely different person. I still receive care, but feel completely in control of my mental health and know that if I hit any road blocks Dr. Pabbathi and his incredible team will be there to support me. I couldn't recommend the practice enough! Thank you for everything.

    I was on the waiting list for 2 months and every month they tell YOU to call to remain on the waiting list. Finally got permission to go to anyone. Called and got an appointment then recieved a text stating my appointment was canceled after 2 days. I called and said hey I got message stating that it is not cancelled in the system. Fill out the paperwork that they only give you 48 hours complete no matter how far out your appointment is. I completed at least 30 mins after we got off the phone. Do you think they called for my appointment on Friday, November 24th. Nope, recieved no phone call despite the note he said he left. There systems they put in place has actually stressed me which makes what I am going to them for even worse. 1. Why am I calling you if you have me on the waiting list. Someone should be monitoring the waiting list. 2. If my appointment 3 weeks out why do I only have 48 hours to fill out a form. You want us as patients to hurry up but you don't have the same type of Customer service. If I didn't have Tricare I would be requesting a new clinic but unfortunately I am stuck with them. So I guess I will be calling back for my first appointment for the 5th time.
