I have been coming to Avalon Laser for about 4 years now. I feel like I have interacted with everyone in the office over the years. Doesn't matter it's Dr. Tigari himself, the nurses, estheticians, or the Front Desk Staff, everyone has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I actually switched from another Med Spa before finding Avalon and I never looked back! It is a drive from my house but it's so worth it! I also want to give special shoutout to Tricia - who's the Nurse Practionaer. I usually have endless questions and concerns about all the treatments, but Tricia is always so patient and detailed to give me her honest opinions and advice. I never feel rushed during an appointment, nor have I ever felt they were trying to "sell" me a product or service. I trust my face to Tricia 100%. I have been to a few different med spas in San Diego, I will always refer friends to Avalon Laser. I am so grateful for all the services I have received here.

I did a chemical peel with Laura on my abdomen and she was very respectful and detail oriented with her work and made me feel comfortable. Always an amazing experience at Avalon.

I had arm lipo here last year. Was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this place for any liposuction procedure. Just find an actual plastic surgeon. NOTHING was done to address my concerns or give a good result until I found an actual plastic surgeon to do it correctly. The before and after photos are in a batwing pose to show the minimal difference. But in any natural pose you can see my arms looked weird with the fat still all around except with dents on the back as that was the only area treated. I paid to have smaller arms, not the same big arms with dent on the back. A real surgeon will tell you that's not the correct way to achieve the desired result.
