        Beyond unprofessional. Rescheduled my appointments without consulting me if I could make it. I have arrived for the appointment 10 minutes earlier, found her name at directory with no studio number on display. Called twice and left a message with no answer. What a waste of time. So rude.

        Alexandra is amazing! Shes super educated and really took time to explain things to me. She listened to my goals and achieved them perfectly. I had my lips enhanced and my smile lines corrected. My smile lines are GONE and my lips are so beautiful. Not over-the-top and fake looking, but a subtly full and beautiful improvement, which is what I asked for. Her office is clean and she is so funny and friendly. I cant wait to go back!
