Inaccurate result!!! We went here for a test before our flight to canada . We paid 200CAD dollars each family member for the molecular antigen (NAAT). We are 4 in the family so imagine how expensive we paid. They made my daughter false POSTIVE and all of us were negative for covid so we were not able to fly. we knew it was false positive because we had a test PCR same day at CVS pharmacy and it came out my daughter was negative!!!! She was well and no symptoms at all!!! And all of us in the family are negative!!! We did test her again same day with home kit antigen and it was negative too!!!! Be carefull going here!! I am so angry at the same time that it cost us so much hassle!! I have all the proofs!!! It will be alil better if you just refund our money back!!!

Took the RT-PCR test at Terminal 2 near baggage claims at San Diego Airport. The process was efficient and staff friendly. I think I paid $2 for parking because it was fast. Heading back to subfreezing temperatures in Toronto Canada. lol.

Be advised, this is an unreliable Mickey Mouse business that left me stranded without any solid explanation or solution. 48 hours after Covid PCR test was taken, still no results!

I was tested at the airport location prior to returning to Hawai'i My test results weren't posted in time for me to link to Hawai'i Safe Travel Website. Therefore I was required to self-quarantine upon my arrival. This was a minor inconvenience because there was no provision to post the results when they posted 2-3 days later. Others on the same flight weren't as lucky. I am not faced with this requirement this trip as I have all three doses of Pfizer's. I was refunded my test cost, thank you.
