The entire experience here was awful from beginning to end. The receptionist was extremely rude, abrasive and condescending. She spoke down to me and acted as if I was interrupting her by asking simple questions (ex if they take my insurance… simple question). The nurse who brought me to the room didn’t introduce herself, practically sprinted back to the exam room, and did not let me explain why I was there for more than 20 seconds. She also never closed the door to the room. The doctor, for the 30 seconds I saw him, spoke down to me as well. He didn’t allow me to explain anything either and prescribed medicine off one thing I told him. I was told to “go sit over there” while I waited for my prescription which was basically tossed my way before the nurse ran off again. I totally understand wanting to be quick and efficient BUT the place was totally empty. I’d avoid this clinic at all costs.

Dr. Tamsin is a very good and very experienced medical doctor. He is very knowledgeable and anyone who needs a good medical checkup or treatment should go to Urgent care and more for outstanding medical services. The best I've ever seen. Dr. Tamsen prescribed me a medication with side effects including anxiety, headaches, and extreme restlessness. When I told him, he didn't prescribe me a medication that I said worked perfectly in the past but prescribed me a medication that I specifically told him DID NOT work in the past. Possibly too old to practice as a doctor

you typically get seen quickly but the doctor talks down to you if you're a woman.
