Im so disapointed with the way i was treated today noting against Dr. Daramola but her assistance she needs a dog treat ( she barks when you talk to her) employees like this can put a business in jeopardy...so disapointed i dont have words to express how I feel today..our health care system is in decay...Caring Heart has a new name " Unkine Heart Mediocre Foundation"

Out of nowhere my doctor just stopped refilling my depression medication and my birth control without warning. I have called three times, I have emailed multiple times, and I have left messages with actual humans from their "call center" multiple times. Nothing, no help. So now I'm pissed... And depressed, thanks.

I normally do not write reviews but I feel if youre with tricare, stay far from this place. I dont understand how this place is readily available to be picked as a PCM yet they have no idea how to see patients with tricare. I was steered away and told to change my PCM from the front desk themselves and was told what I needed could not be done there. All I needed was a physical with a series of yes or no questions at which the doctor will determine after if Im basically healthy. I didnt speak with the doctor at all. This was all from the front desk and she honestly didnt seem like she wanted to help me at all. Never have I been more frustrated. I ended up going to another doctor not too far and got in n out of there in less than 30 minutes for the physical I needed. Absolutely ridiculous
