Absolutely unprofessional, not only he doesn't take the time to answer calls or emails as promised, but doesn't even show respect for students that are trying to succeed in life. Very poor communicator and but represents himself as a leader of an important organization which if they find out how he performed he will be fired.

Attentive, understanding, rational and professional these four words are not often associated with lawyers. Gienapp law firm deserves these moral words of attribute more than I can mention. I thank them for their do diligence and communication throughout the legal process. I'm very happy with the outcome and I couldn't ask for a better lawyer.

My experienced with Hans was the best experienced i ever had with such a kind heart and very helpful lawyer. From day 1 when i first called him with all my questions he was very compassionate and helpful. I then began to look around and meet and greet other lawyers to see who would be the best fit. After meeting and talking to a lot of different lawyers, my final pick was HANS. He was the only one who stood out and made me feel comfortable and felt like he believed in me and was willing to protect and fight for me. All the other lawyers did not give one ounce of care. He was there for me every step of the way, supporting me, comforting me, checking up on me, and really going above and beyond because he's just a genuine nice person. Even after everything was done, he even sent me a birthday care with a gift card which he did not at all have to do that. But that to me showed me what a great person he is because he took a little time to still recognize me even after everything was done. He was very honest, straight forward and even gave me little tips and inside knowledge for my new future beginnings. I really trust him. I believe if you pick him you will feel the same way i did. He is a very great person to work with and you would be 100% satisfied with all the work and effort he puts into you and your case. I would pick him to represent me again if something should ever come up in the future. You will not be disappointed if you pick him to represent you! Hans is an excellent, intelligent, superb lawyer and i would give him a million starts if i could!

I have the pleasure of Hans representing me on two unfortunate situations: a car accident where I was injured, and when I was sued by a credit card company. Hans has the highest degree of ethical code in all he does. He was very caring, listened carefully, explained the law to me excellently, and brought positive outcomes to my cases. I've read a negative review on Yelp about Hans, and it does not represent my experience in the least in two cases over three years of meetings. Hans is absolutely trustworthy, honest, and experienced. I recommend his without any reservations. I'm very grateful for Hans' work for me. He was also very fair in figuring out payment for services. I worked for a giant corporation that was treating me unfairly and, after interviewing several lawyers, selected Hans for assistance. Not only is Hans extremely knowledgeable about employee rights, he has a very human touch - you can tell him anything and trust him to do everything in his power to do the right thing on your behalf. He was always 100% honest and straight-forward about my case. Not only was I grateful that I found him, I would use him again in a heartbeat - he is a nice man and exceptional at his job.
