This used to be my favorite place to shop. Small inventory and lackadaisical service has been the new normal for this on e great house. I get better customer service at T.J. Maxx

Poor service and experience. I placed an order online and when I came to the store to pick it up they said that they are busy with other customers and are closing soon so I should come back. They did not let me in to the store (I guess due to covid). The same thing happed on my second visit. I did not have time to wait so I left. Well....today I will be trying to pick up my order for the third time! I can't even believe it! I have already purchased an item and just need to pick it up which takes a minute. You pay so much money for this kind of service? It is good that I leave close but what if I lived like an hour away or so? I do not recommend shopping at this location.

Hermes at UTC is my favorite store. Katia is extremely nice and friendly. She always welcome my family with a radiant smile and a warm hug. Every time we visit the store, Katia always gave us 100% of her time. She always goes above and beyond to help me and my husband find the items that we like. I always feel so welcome when shopping there. Everyone in the store is always friendly and nice. The manager is always welcome my family too . KATIA always treat us like family, thanks so much Katia for everything you did for us , thank you for always make us feel welcome. This is the best experience I’ve ever had. Look forward to visit Katia for a long time. 😍
