Scott and his team have been nothing but great. I was referred to them through a co worker who had a great experience. I personally had a few questions about a complicated work illness. After providing my information and backstory they shared a wealth of information. They truly know how the legal aspect of workers comp and provide you all the tools to represent yourself fairly in the very complicated world of workers comp. Initially my claim was put on a delay status and required a QME. When I submitted my paperwork, I used their guidance to word all my exposures at work and the workers comp legal team told the intake specialist to accept my claim and completely forego the QME process. Without their guidance, there is a high chance that my claim would not have been approved and a guarantee it would have been a much lengthier and tedious process proving my work related illness. Can't thank them enough and will definitely be in contact for any future issues, if they come up.
