I just got my bracelet on 6/29. I ordered a Slider Head on. But it slip 's off when heads are wet. Only war it that day . Going to exchange for the Wheat Chain one. But can not get anyone on phone or email or from there re,e phone number. Will not buy anything from them every again. Will not buy anything

I ordered a medical alert bracelet because I'm on Coumadin, and have other medical issues that are important for a paramedic or emergency room to know immediately. I love the variety in materials and styles. I really love that the one I chose has room for 9 lines of engraving on both front and back. The band is nice and comfortable. The clasp is awesome, asit is a locking clasp and is very secure. The engraving is very nicely done and easy to read. I received my bracelet in less than one week. The instructions were clear and consice. I ordered through Amazon,and was extremely pleased with my pleased with the bracelet. Thank you.

I have been trying to resolve an issue of jewelry lost in shipment. My calls have been repeatedly transferred to different departments. I have been told that the department that handles this type of issue does not accept phone calls or emails. I have been told that notes in my account have mysteriously disappeared or were never entered. I have been told that someone would call me back... NEVER HAPPENED. But, yet, Divoti lnc keeps charging my credit card for stretch payments. Isn't that called FRAUD??? All I want is what I am paying for! Is that too much to ask??

A beautiful locket, not too big not too small, so just right. The chain could be slightly better Quality as it's rather thin. I only gave one star for worth as it stated in the description that a box is supplied, but unfortunately the locket was only supplied in a long plastic self seal bag.
