Integrated solution to take care of patient management, review management , dashboard, business solution, decision making tools and integration with PMS like dentrix and opendental. Steven has been providing excellent customer service since beginning. His understanding of what customer wants and customer first attitude makes him a great representative. He is very thorough with product features and can address any question in standalone manner.

We worked specifically with Erica George, the Marketing Digital Coordinator who answered all of our inquiries. She offers innovative ideas to enhance our website and obtain new patients. She provides us with an analysis of how our practice is expanding and gives appropriate feedback. She is professional, patient and current regarding all marketing strategies. Ritika is efficient and answers administrative questions in a timely and professional manner. Overall, we enjoy working with this company and recommend it with no reservations.

The continued strive to add more services and the time they take with our practice and team leaves me impressed and happy to stay with them. They don't give up on helping us grow. Signing up with Adit was the only and absolutely the worst decision I made when I opened my startup. First of all, they created my website I had to edit the entire website and rewrite the google description they wrote due to poor grammar. I believe they outsource the work to foreign countries, to people for whom English is not their first language. All the other services that they were providing such as IG and FB posting were just atrocious, to say the least. The blogs that they post were misleading and irrelevant to my specialty. Ive pretty much taken over my marketing but yet Im still paying monthly for services that I'm not receiving. The only service Im using from them is their app for patient communication. Of course there are so many other companies that provide the same service for much less. Ive had several meetings with them to discuss improvement, but the meetings are always unproductive and unsuccessful. I have a one year agreement with them with a term that was supposed to begin within 5 days of onboarding or 60 days after the contract-sign date. The term states we can terminate the agreement with a notice issued at least 30 days before the end of the current contract term. I marked my calendar and waited patiently to give them a 30 day notice according to the terms. After they received my notice, they pretty much told me to ignore what it says on the contract. Now theyre claiming that the agreement started when my website went live months later, which by the way is not written anywhere on the contract. To make matters worse, their attitude about client satisfaction is the most annoying part of the entire situation. I spoke with Frances about terminating my contact and she had the nerve to say if you want you can take it to court, other dentists have tried and have been unsuccessful meanwhile, I never mentioned anything about taking them to court because I just dont have that type of time to waste. The real question is for them is why do you have so many other dentists taking you to court? I can go on and on about my experience with them, but I just wanted to name a few of several horrible encounters and experiences thats Ive experienced with Adit. Hopefully, my had experience will prevent someone from being taken advantage of by Adit.
