I'm writing to specifically review Beckie at the office. I have been a client (in San Diego since 2007) and Beckie has been there to help us with our policy changes, (our many many) car changes, house ownership / house rental, and other articles policies. Beckie has worked at a couple different agent offices over the years, and we have followed her because of her customer service, incredible comprehensive knowledge, and her ability to answer all of my questions completely. I know the agent should be the reason people stick with an office, but I have to tell you, I don't know her (outside meeting her once when we transferred our account over). Why did we transfer there? Because of Beckie. Who do I email when we need a policy change? Beckie. Who do I call if I don't understand a billing change? Beckie. Who do I reach out to first with everything related to our insurance? Beckie. So, there you have it. If you want the best customer service available at State Farm in San Diego -- may I strongly suggest working with Beckie H. currently working at Karen's office.
