To start with, I had a pretty difficult experience with Discovery Benefits. Their message system seems to send an email to a random employee instead of back to the same person each time. So, I got a lot of generic answers over and over until I called. When I called, I got a hold of Caroline B. She was calm, caring, and very helpful even though it was clear I was pretty angry. She followed up with an email that contained a clear, specific answer to the question I asked. This was really helpful because it was a link to the IRS regulations that Discovery Benefits follows, so I could see that the documentation they were asking for was within IRS guidelines. Thank you, Caroline B. for all your help! Saving on medical expenses is very important to people with health problems, and Caroline helped me with that.
