Customer service's bad the person who helped me was trying to help 5 other people at the same time. It took about an hour just to add a car to my current policy. It felt like he just wanted to get his accounts for the week... Not coming back.

Bad service felt like I was pressured to get my insurance

Worst service. Unprofessional employees with disrespect attitude. We went there on April 18, 2014 to buy an insurance for our second vehicle. The agent suggested us a new insurance company for both vehicle and he will cancel the current policy we have. So we paid for $150 and will be no payment for 2 months. Turn out 2 weeks later, the current policy is still not cancel so we went to the office to ask why the other insurance is not cancel. No answer and we have to deal with the unprofessional employee who did not know how to do their job. The other agent who sold us the insurance and supposed to cancel the other one just sitting there and giving the look from the corner of his eyes... They are so irresponsibility and dishonest to the customers. I felt like we are in the scam place not a trust worthy insurance agency. Today just found out that the Insurance company ( the one that should be cancel since April 18) just deducted the money out from the account today. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST WITH THIS FREEWAYINSURANCE. THEY ARE SCAMMER.
