they are lost in their system. I paid almost $300 extra because of them and nobody cares about you. just your money. they don't know how to communicate with their co-workers and every time you call it's a new history.  they have a bad costume service. I was a client for 5 years or more and so I know what I'm saying. be careful with them!

Am living them because they are unprofessional. My car was 2021 and they made me to pay for 2022, I went to there office gave them all information needed yet it was not changed, from $189 to $255 then $245 can you imagine that. Am done with you bye bye to bad and poor customer service.

Unprofessional business with horrible customer service. Unable to solve your problems. Had to cancel my car insurance after trying over 2 months keeping their service. Have no ticket, no accident, no nothing under my name and car and they doubled the price of my insurance. They never follow up with you and never have an answer for your problem. Not solution oriented at all. What a stressful business to deal with.

Bad service. They can never answer the phone. Also They get lost between them. I feel like they dont make notes when we talk and the next person I talk to they dont know whats going on. Im with them for about 5 years just because there are some Brazilian people who works there. But I guess we dont speak the same Portuguese because everything I asked for she didnt do it. And now Im paying a lot of fees for it. Also I asked to change the agency so my price went high. Just so you all know I got an accident and I sold my car because I knew the price would go up. So I asked to take my name out from my wifes policy so they didnt do it and now Im paying fees for it. My wife was paying $83/month and now they are charging $159/month for the same driver with the same car with no accidents or tickets. And guess what ? Nobody can help they cant explain why and my wifes price still that high
