What business owner takes the time to write a YELP about their insurance company?  Nobody.  Why?  To start most business owners are not huge Yelp fans, and honestly, we really don't have the time to be writing many reviews.  Additionally, writing reviews about the fantastic restaurant we just ate at, or the amazing hotel we recently stayed at is so much more fun than drafting an insurance review, isn't it?  However, I felt compelled to share our happiness and 'YELP'.   You can have a lot of heartache if you don't have the right insurance, or the right agent, and even more heartache if you have no insurance.  Selecting the right company and agent is truly a crap shoot, meaning it is a likely unpredictable outcome.  Without a trustworthy referral, it is a Forest Gump box of chocolates, you have no clue what you will get.  We have been working with HUB for 15 years and in particular Kevin Gigler and he has done so much for us.  Let's start with he has given us so much guidance and direction in areas that we are not experts in, that he is.  He has continually selected products for us that cover our needs, but save us money every chance he can.  When we need him he is there for us at every turn.  He answers calls and emails promptly and talks us off the ledge when we are concerned about issues.  We recently referred him to a colleague in the same business as us, and he saved her a significant amount of money without compromising product.  The team he works with is professional and also there for us when we need them.  We feel like a valued customer.  Saving a client money and feeling valued are two big reasons customers stay with a vendor! To anyone looking for the types of products and services that HUB provides, don't keep looking.  Go to HUB and call Kevin Gigler.  We have never been disappointed, and I suspect you will feel the same!
