Attic Construction

I called Attic Construction for a problem with cooling an add-on den. Jake came out and gave me some very helpful advice concerning the cost outlay versus the expected benefit. He seemed very knowledgeable about insulating roofs and attic spaces. I prefer this approach from a representative rather than someone who is just going to sell you what they have. (That never works with me anyway because I always get 3 estimates for a large job.)

After receiving notice that our monthly rate at Price Storage was yet again increasing, I realized it was time to cancel our storage unit and use our attic to store some belongings. I contacted Attic Construction and several days later met with our estimator Jake. Jake exceeded expectations. He was on time, wore a mask, polite and professional, and he took the time to explain every detail of the job. I give Jake a 5 out of 5 and would gladly deal with him again. The install went smoothly and the work was done as promised. The job itself was pretty straight forward and completed in one day. Following the work which Attic Construction did, I hired a handy man who installed a pull down ladder and laid down plywood decking. Good riddance Price Self Storage and your escalating fees. Im happy to cut yet another monthly fee from our budget. Service: Plumbing fixture installation

Needed attic cleaned out due to racoon damage. Saw their flyer, looked at their reviews and contacted them to set up an appointment for an estimate. Provided all of the details to the operator, took work off to be home to assist, they spent a good 45 minutes going through the attic, to then only say we only do jobs greater than $4K. They said it wasn't worth their time to do a job that would cost $750, but could offer up some insulation work and or storage space that could get us to $4K. Unbelievable and a waste of my time. I understand the demand for their services these days, but an upfront conversation of that when I first called them would be more appropriate. Don't even call them, and waste your time on a quote unless you plan to spend this amount.

When we discovered a rodent issue in our garage attic while taking down our Christmas decorations, I was horrified! The thought of these pests eating through and dedicating on our belongings was too much for me to tackle on our own and I needed it handled immediately. I called Attic Construction that same day and they sent Alex Cady to meet with us for an inspection I believe the following day. He was amazing, he not only inspected the attic over the garage but to give me peace of mind did a thorough inspection of our home and its crawl spaces. He layer out our options for plans, was super kind and completely professional. He worked out a reasonable price for us and got a team here the very next day to take everything out of our storage, clean and sanitize it, rodent proof, put everything back we wanted to keep, and they EVEN hauled away anything we wanted to get rid of! Jake, my technician for my quote, was amazing! I have never been so impressed with an employee of a business before. His professionalism & knowledge was far more than what I expected. I had a few quotes on my rodent & removal of my roofing installation before Jake & it was so bad on so many level with these other companies. Price, company standing and employees at Attic Construction are a solid A+++! I am definitely going with this company for my attic work. Attic Construction is so luck to have such a great employee like Jake!! I cant wait to have my attic done.
