Between 2006 and 2009, Arnold represented an elderly man in 2 separate divisions of law that he had no training, education, experience or knowledge in. Arnold's representation of this elderly man cost the man hundreds of thousands in court fines and awards. It was the mistakes in law and Arnold's failure to correct his mistakes that caused the elderly man to lose so much money. In 2009, the elderly man fired Arnold as his attorney and hired someone who actually knew what they were doing. Although Arnold was no longer representing the elderly man, Arnold refused to let him go. He convinced the elderly man that he wanted to help him produce the product he was manufacturing through his corporation. The elderly man fell for Arnold's scheme and Arnold drove 400 miles to the elderly man home very often, spending days and nights in the man's house. When the elderly man went to bed, Arnold would go into the man's home-office and access the man's email through his computer. Arnold interfered with the client attorney relationship that the elderly man had with his new attorney to the point where he destroyed it. Arnold destroyed this relationship during the most critical time in the case. Knowing this and knowing that the elerly man was in immediate need for an attorney, gave Arnold the upper hand. Arnold offered his services again and then blackmailed him by threating to destroy the man position within the case if the man didn't make him the trustee for the elderly man trust. The elderly man refused to be blackmailed by Arnold and did not rehire him as his attorney. When the elderly man fired Arnold in 2009, Arnold was completely paid off and the elderly man owed him nothing. In 2011, the elderly man past away and Arnold sent a fraudulent creditors claim to those handling the elderly man's estate. When they refused to pay Arnold's claim, knowing it to be fraudulent, Arnold filed a civil complaint first in federal and then in state court. Arnold claimed that he was hired by the elderly man in 2006 and represented him until his death in 2011 which was a blatant lie. Arnold also claimed that the elderly man never paid him, another lie. Arnold's civil complaint was for over six-hundred thousand dollars. All I can say is beware of this man, he has no morals, principles nor values. As an added note, I have all the email that Arnold sent to the elderly man attempting to blackmail him. The emails Arnold sent to the man's bank pretending to be the elderly man in Order to obtain the elderly man's financial information. And there's so much more.
