Reset Cleanup Ready

I requested a 4 hr move out move in service. I had a 3 bedroom 2 bath with 3 kid lol. So I know they had a lot to clean. I let the owner Janie know my situation who was really sweet and did discuss I might need more time, which she was correct as the cleaners both informed me before my time was up they needed about 1 hour more. So I accepted. I did appreciate this because I needed everything to be done accordingly to get me deposit back. So I did pay for an ex hour. Work well done to both cleaners. I did a walk through and am very satisfied and I'm confident my deposit will be returned. I will be recommending or even just using for future with even just general cleaning . They did a 3 hour move out cleaning at my apartment and the job was not complete. I booked 3 hours because I was told this was enough time for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we only had 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen wasn't even touched when they finished. One of the bathrooms was also unfinished. When I asked if they would be back to finish the job I was told I would have to pay more. If you hire cleaners that do a poor job, that should not be my responsibility to pay more. Now they spam me all the time with advertisements despite my constant request to not be contacted and my continued unsubscribes. I've reported them for violation of CAN-SPAM as well. Just pay the few extra bucks for a real cleaning company. The cleaner started at 3:30 pm and the owner--Janie--called me at 4pm saying the cleaner had told her she was done. I have timestamps on my phone of these interactions. This was a 1 hour cleaning and there appeared to be no cleaning done outside of 2 fans being wiped down/dusted and a t.v. stand being dusted. i'm not one to leave bad reviews but this is an absolute terrible service. The first appointment I made was cancelled. It took months to actually get this scheduled. The cleaner did not show up. I contacted the owner via text and called her. I finally received a text response 1.5 hours later. Even though I told the owner I had left my job to wait for the cleaner she could not be bothered to call me and provide an update or solution. The cleaner did finally contact me directly and we scheduled another time for her to come. The cleaner was actually very nice and tried to take care of the cleaning and the mishap. However, the owner at no time responded to my calls and concerns. She did however, blow up my phone when it was time to pay. Somehow, she was too busy to address my concerns but not when it came time to payment. After the service she proceeded to get in a text discussion with me and told me what a great deal I got and that I "made out". I reminded her that I had to miss 4 hours of work waiting for them so I actually lost money. She argued with me some more. Basically, this owner and business is extremely unprofessional and rude. The owner made a bad situation worse. You really should not use this service. Service: Standard clean
