Heather is an absolutely amazing IBCLC. I was somewhat skeptical that she would have anything to add to our journey as I had worked with lactation from my birth hospital twice and had not gotten anything too substantial from them, but I decided to give her a try with the urging of my sister. My experience went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't recommend her more. She is extremely knowledgeable and everything she suggested for us has worked to get us from supplementing with expressed breast milk and formula to being exclusively breastfeeding. Within one week of meeting with Heather we went from having our son take in 1 ounce from both breasts combined to having him take in over 3 ounces combined. She was kind, professional and wonderful with our son. I highly recommend her, and would not hesitate to work with her again.

I had the pleasure of working with Heather for my second baby born in November 2022. Our first was born in NYC in 2020 so our breastfeeding journey then was less than ideal and I wasnt sure I would want to try again this time around. I was able to find Heather through my insurance and she was available to come our home quickly as our our doctors were concerned about babys initial weight loss from the hospital. She provided me with tons of tips and tricks and a few supplements that could help with my supply based on my diet. Within a few days our baby was back on track and when we met again for a follow up she had even more suggestions on how to continue a positive BF journey. She shared what to expect as the months progress and is available whenever I have questions or concerns. Id recommend her to all mothers looking to have a positive BF journey!!

As a postpartum mom whos trying to figure out baby and life, the last thing you want to do is go back to the hospital to find a lactation support group. Heather responded via text and email within 24 hours and showed up at our house in 2 days. Both of my breastfeeding journeys are very different and she was honest about the first time that I didnt need to see her again after the initial consult. Although she didnt take my insurance the second time, we were able to submit the claim with a super-bill. We are very happy with her service and shes always 1 text away if we have any breastfeeding/bottle questions after visits
