Dont know why they have 3.8! They are the best! Total health care for real in one place! My PCP, psych, therapist, chiropractor, dentist and soon to be nutritionist and acupuncturist all in one place! Thanks SDAIHC!

They try their best and are very polite and respectful but are unavailable when you need to update medication because they work from home most days and are unreachable. It's only an issue when you need them most. However, they always act professionally whenever you do speak to any employee there.

My daughter and I went to see Karen Randolph. It was horrible. She would say "hi and bye" and absolutory nothing in between. She wouldn't guide the session, wouldn't give us any exercise to do during or after the session, wouldn't give any insight, or feedback. She literally wouldn't say a word. In the end of the first session I asked the reason she was so quiet and she said that the first couple sessions were just to get to know the patients. We went on to four sessions and it was literally all the same. My daughter and I talking non-stop with no guidance whatsoever. Karen Randolph silent for the whole 50 minutes. She was so quiet she got to the point of staring at the wall like daydreaming. My daughter called her once and she "came back". it was the oddest thing I have ever seeing. She would "check out mentally" . During the sessions my daughter and I would talk non stop, and leave there fuming with no help whatsoever. If anything the sessions made things worse because my daughter and I would end up fighting during the session, had no help or guidance and go home still fighting. I wonder if Karen Randolph even has the qualifications to do this work. Someone should look into that.

Everyone at the dental office, Dr. Shirin Dorin, Janet, Jaime, Wafa, one gentleman, was very nice, and we so appreciate the pleasant service and interactions, the kindness and care. Also, the attention to detail and the attention to the pictures I sent with my mom was very much appreciated and fulfilled our wish that someone would pay attention to her previous teeth photos from the start. From what I see on FaceTime, my moms new teeth (dentures) look beautiful and look very similar to her previous, natural teeth, so thank you very much, Dr. Dorin and all, for ensuring this and for all of your efforts to match her previous, natural teeth as much as possible; the shape of each individual tooth seems to match what she had before and even the shade of the teeth looks whiter and better from what I can see on FaceTime. I am looking forward to seeing my mom with her new teeth (dentures) in person hopefully in December. This is life-changing not only for my mom, but also for her family, and we feel so relieved every day that she finally has teeth again now. Thank you all so very much even for all the kind phone interactions, and we are wishing everyone the happiest and best day, week, month, year, and life ahead!
