I usually come here and have a good experience. But I just came recently and didnt enjoy it whatsoever. I asked for a mid fade and young gave me the highest fade ever and was digging the clippers into my scalp. I also asked for a little off the top and she practically gave me a buzz cut except for a little hair on top. She seemed super rough and quick like they wanted to get it over with. And to add a cherry on top she started massaging me really hard and was yanking my neck like she was scruffing a cat.

It took me forever to find someone who could not mess up my hair and where i also get a shampoo. For the same price as an expensive barber i can come here get the same cut, shampoo, the MVP experience. Theresa does and amazing job.

Go in today to get a haircut before the holiday, with plenty of time for the anticipated wait and still make it to pick up my daughter from daycare. I was encouraged when the stylist mentioned the notes said I typically got a medium-high fade, and that what I asked for and was expecting. That was the last positive thing about this visit. The clippers kept pulling at my hair which caused the stylist to slow waaay down rather than switching to different clippers. I was in the chair for almost an hour (50 min) causing me to be late for pickup. And at some point the stylist either gave up on the fade or didn't know what she was doing because what I ended up with was the cut shown in the pictures. At the end of it all, I had to go home and shave my head which is gonna look fantastic in the Christmas photos in 2 days.
