Although there are other Crunch gyms closer to me, I really like this one! I really like the openness of this spacious two-story gym. There's plenty of equipment and a great variety, so I don't feel like I'm ever having to wait even when it's busier.

Lol they close at 7pm on Saturdays. Instead of making the hours later they made it shorter? Horrible gym and management.

Lol they changed their hours? Instead of staying open longer they made it shorter? 7pm on Saturdays lol.For the past year, half of the treadmill machines dont work. The hydro beds dont work either. Pointless membership. Management horrible. AC has been leaking for 6 months now and still not fixed.

My experience with Crunch Carmel Valley has been nothing short of a nightmare. The decline in the quality of equipment is evident the moment you step inside. It's as if they have completely neglected their responsibility to maintain a functional and safe workout environment. Broken machines, rusty weights, and outdated cardio equipment are all too common. But the disappointment doesn't end there. The staff at Crunch Carmel Valley have demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. They are consistently unhelpful, unresponsive, and even outright rude. It's disheartening to be treated with such disregard when you're simply seeking assistance or clarification. What adds insult to injury is their unethical billing practices. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel my membership, I continued to be charged month after month. It's clear that they have no regard for the well-being of their members or their financial obligations. Dealing with the subsequent chargebacks was a time-consuming and frustrating process that should never have been necessary. The lack of integrity displayed by Crunch Carmel Valley is truly appalling. As a paying member, you deserve better. There are plenty of other gyms in the area that offer superior equipment, attentive staff, and ethical business practices. I strongly recommend exploring those alternatives and avoiding the disappointment and unprofessionalism that Crunch Carmel Valley has become synonymous with.
