        Honestly cant say enough good things about this place. From the head coach, Jenna to my first coach, Jaylon to all the fun front desk staff- the workouts are what I came for but the people are why I stay. They really do everything to make the workout enjoyable, challenging, and educational. When I started working out there, I could barely lift the 15lb dumbbell for a 12 rep set. Now Im regularly lifting 25lbs and up to 40lbs for 6 reps. Theyve truly changed my life and gave me confidence I never thought Id have. I hope everyone tries it at least once!

        Jenna and MC are my favorite coaches! Super motivating, positive and plays the best music. I went from not working out and barely being able to jog a block to jogging for over 20 mins straight. It doesnt matter whether youre in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s 60s etc.. the class is designed to help you enjoy your workout at whatever level youre at.
