REALLY UNHAPPY about the service and cost of the service I received. Had a vaccine refrigerator that needed service. It was running but not maintaining a temperature cold enough for the vaccines. We have alarms that notify us. We transferred the vaccines to another refrigerator and called them. They came out the first time and charged us $234 and did not fix it. We called them right after they left and said that the refrigerator was still not maintaining the correct temperature. They said they would have to order the part. We are only there one day a week and had an appointment for the following week. No one showed up and no phone call. They called the following day and said the part had not come in yet. The repair person showed up the next week with the part (as we are in the middle of moving) and takes 4 hours to repair it for a total of $686. This is a total of $920!!! I could have bought a new refrigerator for almost that much. My fault for not getting a quote first but I really felt that the company took advantage of us and overcharged us. If you don't fix it the first time you just charge the customer almost three times as much the next visit. Called them to complain and was told they could take of $36 ($9 per hour of labor). No thanks, not good enough.
