After having R10 Construction repair and remodel a Water damage in my rental property, I was so
pleased, that when I decided to do a remodel in my own home, I called R10 Construction to try them
once again. I had been very pleased before, so I decided to embark on this new project in my own
house by calling Kurtis again.
The job was to upgrade the tile in my bathroom.
Kurtis showed up the day of the appointment, on time, as always.
I told him about what I wanted, he suggested the best options, materials, etc. He was full of good
information as always and explained many things I didn't even think about before calling him.
When we signed the contract, he offered to go with me in search of the tile and helped me decide what
would be the best material to use. After looking in several shops, we finally got a great deal on a
beautiful product at a great price.
When you do this kind of job, you always think about the amount of dust this will generate, the
inconvenience and the fact that your place will become a mess during the process, however, they kept
the area clean, protected my carpet with paper and worked in such a way that I barely noticed they were
working.
The work was done in the time agreed and i ended up absolutely satisfied for the second time. I very
much recommend R10 construction for any catastrophic or remodel job you might need.
Kurtis is a great guy, very detail oriented and delivers a quality product with great craftsmanship.
I will not hesitate to call R10 Construction again.
