I requested a quote to replace the pole holding my gate keypad.  Alan came out and checked out what needed to be done and sent me a quote that evening.  I authorized the work and we agreed on a schedule to complete the repair.  Everything was done as agreed quickly and exactly at the quoted price.  I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Alan started well. He was polite and  gave me the price on the phone.He also came the following day which was mvery appreciated. The only problem he didn't finish the job. He fixed the gate but as soon as he left it stopped working again. I called him back after 15 min but he completely changed his attitude because he already charged my card and didn't want to come back to finish the job.

The operator for the gate installed by another contractor failed, and Alan came out and did the job correctly. He installed a quality operator according to code, and we couldn't be happier.I recommend this business.
