One of the coils snapped on our garage door, and we were unable to open it. After calling first thing in the morning, a technician was at our place a little after 8 AM and was able to repair the issue very quickly. This was not something I would try to fix on my own since there is some danger involved and it would have taken much longer. The tech also made a recommendation on another part and checked everything else out. I'd recommend this company for their quick, thorough service and 20+ years experience in the business.

We contacted Quality garage door in the morning as we wanted to get an automatic garage door opener. Their installer, Kurtis, met with us the same day at noon. After a quick evaluation , Kurtis suggested the best solution for our setup We decided to go ahead with the purchase The installation was performed the next day. Some adjustments and modifications had to be done the day of the installation. Kurtis, navigated through those smoothly and completed the install in a timely manner We are very happy with the results I would definitely recommend their services As they were very professional and fast

Curtis helped me change the two torsion springs and drums on my roll-up garage door. He explained the quality of the different springs and its cost. He was courteous and professional. He lubricated the door and made sure everything was working. The repair went really fast. Very good experience overall and would highly recommend. Overall response from phone appt to repair was fast. 5-stars!
