We purchased a boutineer and corsage from a different florist, it was beautiful but the color did not come close to matching my daughter's dress. In a panic I called Flowers of Point Loma and from start to finish, excellent customer service! Jam was so helpful on the phone, she mentioned that they had pre-made boutineer/corsages and they could add lavender accents. They went above and beyond and made brand new gorgeous boutineer/corsages in 30 minutes!!. Thank you so much!!

Flowers of Point Loma is absolutely amazing! We hired penn and her team for our wedding florals and she went above and beyond my vision. When we had our first sit down with her, she got our concept/vibe and ran with it. She takes her time with you to ensure you get what you want.
On our wedding day, I had received memorial charms for my bouquet and she quickly added them in for me on the spot. Those are the personal touches that make FPL stand out!

Flowers of Point Loma saved us!
We had a Burial At Sea scheduled last weekend, but our family's schedule got mixed up when my son caught the stomach flu that very morning and I couldn't pick up the flowers as scheduled; but the wonderful staff at Flowers remembered me (as the person who had already rescheduled twice over the phone) and, with just one frantic phone call, jumped in their car and delivered the flowers to the yacht in time.
