Order what looked like a beautiful arrangement for a friend who recently lost her Grandmother..but what she received looked nothing like the arrangement we picked out.. totally dissatisfied..

We ordered white Rose's from there and they looked dead. They said they weren't bloomed yet but, why would you agree to send dead like Rose's. They should of told us they weren't bloomed before they took the money!!!! Totally unsatisfied!!!

Carlos was so kind and helpful and delivered a beautiful flower arrangement to my daughter after her surgery. I highly recommend EC Florist!
