Don’t waste your time in this company. They don’t even know who they want to hire. I got an invitation to have face to face second-round interview today. However, they cancel it right before the meeting when I arrived at their office. The reason they told me is that they do not hire people who need a sponsor. But we had a phone interview two weeks ago with clear sponsorship required. The recruiter told me that his boss did not reply to him until 8 mins before the interview. Obviously, internal management is terrible. Also, this company shows no respect for your timing.
