Chuck Lavigne. I have been dealing with a financial issue for over 2 years due to a vehicle loan, total loss protection and a refunded service contract used as the down money for the new vehicle. ( which should have never been done)I have recently been embroiled in getting this resolved. However, at each turn I hit a road block or a passed buck. Chuck and I spoke last night 12/17/2019 He had progressive suggestions. Today rather than spending $180.00 in faxing documents Chuck verbally led me through the next course of action. Ultimately the matter has been resolved! Declared paid in full.. He is what customer service should always be. My issue is resolved! 24 hours later. I thank Chuck greatly and should you find yourself in need of his services do not hesitate!!
