Frank genuinely cares about his clients financial future and will go above and beyond to ensure youre set on the best path. I called in yesterday and spoke with Frank about trying to get a couple of collections items off my credit report. I figured no point in paying them since theyre already in collections on my report but he advised otherwise, stating even if we get them removed they will come back on eventually. I was skeptical but he seemed very honest and genuinely happy to help. He asked me to see my credit report and then got back to me with a call and an email in less than one day to advise me that I would not need to pay for any of his services. He put in a call to get the collections removed off my credit report and gave me a list of actions to take to boost my credit score before getting a mortgage loan. I am very impressed with Franks character. He is honest, responsive, timely, and definitely knows what he is talking about. For any future needs I will be calling Frank again.

There's a lot better and less expensive credit repair services than this. I guess that's the main reason this guy wants his fee up front. I noticed you replied to my bad review claiming you don't recognize me but I know you are the one that took my money and did practically nothing for it. It seems as if businesses in California have to ripl people off to survive because the last business I used in California did the same thing.
