I bought a boat a few months ago and I needed some cash to fix it up. I decided to check out my options regarding a car title loan. Long story short I filled out the application after speaking to the owner Rob. I made an appointment and receive the check within 30 minutes of meeting. I'm writing this review after I have paid off my title loan and received my title back. I'm satisfied with the service and recommend Auto Title Loan San Diego if you are in need of fast cash.

Rob and his team are amazing. Not only was the rate they quoted me fair, they also worked with me at times, when I was a day or two late and understood that things happen that we cannot control. Very professional and friendly. Definitely will only go to Rob if I ever need money again.

Rob is a stand out business man and he treats you like family. If you’re in need of an auto title loan this is the place to go. He treats you with respect and works with you if you have any kind of trouble with your autotitle loan.

BORROWING MONEY SUCKS! But, if you are in a bind...TITLE LOANS OF NORTH PARK is the only way to go! As a small business owner in construction, sometimes collecting from customers gets delayed. This last month I found myself in that situation again. Same thing happened last year about this time. The only thing that sucks more than borrowing money is borrowing money from family or friends. What I've discovered is that working with Rob is so quick and easy that it takes all of that hassle out of it. This last time I contacted him mid morning and by early afternoon he actually came to my job site with a check and had me sign the papers right then and there. Borrowing money is expensive! But Title Loans of North Park is fair. I checked out the competition. I know that I will collect on my jobs that are past due and there's no penalty for early pay off of the loan with Rob. I kind of have to look at this as a cost of doing business. As a one-man show in my company sometimes I get behind on my accounts receivable. Top of the line service! My experience with Title Loans of North Park...more specifically my experience with Rob was nothing short of excellent. From the beginning of the loan process all the way through to my final payoff payment, I received quality customer service. Rob makes everything real simple and does a wonderful job with being clear of the terms and expectations of the loan. He definitely has no tricks or hidden fees up his sleeve. Title loans are not the cheapest loans. But if you're in a situation where a title loan is required, this is the place to go. The cost of the loan matches up with others in the market, but more importantly is the customer service that Title Loans of North Park provides that places them above all the rest. I just completed my last payment, and Rob is in the process of sending me the title to my car. I'll be honest, there were a couple months in the duration of my loan where I had some issues making payments. I had some financial set backs due to some medical and employment issues. I was terrified because I really expected my car to be repo'd...I mean, I wouldn't have blamed Rob at all if that was done. But I kept open communication with him and explained my situation...and he did everything in his power to work with me and allowed me the chance to get through those painful moments without losing my car. Rob showed me alot of compassion and alot of understanding, and that's almost unheard of in this type of business. All he wanted and expected from me was to keep the communication open and honest throughout and he promised that we'll figure things out together. And we did.
