Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Craig A Harris

Craig is the financial advisor that I wish we would have been with from first opening our accounts with Edward Jones. We have been with Edward Jones for many years and nearly left the company because of several experiences we had with other advisors. When our account was transferred a third time, my expectations were low, but Craig is different.
We now have two accounts with him. A SEP account for my husband and a Roth IRA for me. Neither of these accounts are large, but Craig takes care of us like we are million dollar investors. I truly appreciate that about him. The SEP account was only opened a few months ago and when I mistakenly read the statement, I freaked out because I thought we had already lost money. I sent Craig an email over the weekend and he called me back first thing Monday morning. He was very patient with me as he explained that we had only lost $2.80 in the account. Needless to say, I felt a little silly, but Craig didn't once question why I would call over losing that amount. He also took the time to figure out the loss that I did see and explained that the larger amount I saw on the statement was the cost of buying the stocks not because of the crazy market.
