Food is okay but some of the staff is unbelievably rude. There is one woman who I think may be a manager who works in the evenings here and shes always so sweet and amazing! I prefer the Aero Drive location- its worth the extra drive in my opinion.

I never post reviews but this store has been screwing me over for too long so I had to let people know. I live down the street and try to get food here all the time. Almost every time their system is down or they only have one person working or they close their drive through early. Its literally been months. Im so sick of it. Pull it together Taco Bell seriously. This is honestly such a joke.

First, we sat in a line of cars 8 deep without anyone taking an order at the drive through window. Not exaggerating. While we were waiting we watched an employee clean an empty dining room with locked doors at 545pm. When I get to the window I asked why someone was cleaning and no one was taking our order. The poor cashier was new. The manager came around the corner and I asked her why we sat for 20 mins with no one taking drive through orders while the employee wiped down an empty dining room. She stated she was training the employee while we all just sat there. She refused her name but said she was the GM. Rude and not apologetic at all. My Mexican pizza was more like nacho pizza as it was broken into several pieces. I will never be back to this Taco Bell. Your manager needs some cust service training. No thanks.

I went and I waited 15 min to order in the drive- thru lights were off and it was still 1.5 hours until closing. I waited another 30 min to just receive my food and I couldn't leave or back up because there was a whole line behind me. I paid and never received a receipt. I waited and my food was still cold and fries weren't even a full order. You would think if I had to wait all that time the food would at least be fresh. Right? On top of it all the phone is disconnected and you can't even get ahold of anyone.

Busy and understaffed, never had anything but exemplary customer service, the workers are often very grateful to be spoken to kindly, which says a lot about the kinds of customers they must be getting. Only complaint is the wait but that's what happens when there's only 2 employees scheduled for the dinner rush.
