The office is shady, there is no AC/ventilation. I only visited them for a referral, which I did not get in time. I visited enough doctors and hospitals to know that referral takes only 1-2 days. After one week, I communicate with them, and my health insurance. From my health insurance, I get to know that they did not send any referral. I do not know how they are maintaining an office and providing care to patients. Please avoid this medical office if you can.

Dr. Razon is EXTREMELY disrespectful, rude, and not knowledgeable about many of the illnesses that l am faced with, such as Cancer. I am partially paralyzed and have stage 4cancer. I really can't understand why Dr Razon is so mean. maybe because of her age , l don't know but she definitely DOES NOT DESERVE TO be a physician !! There Are numerous qualified physicians in san Diego However, Dr Razon is Not one of those people! Do your self a favor don't waste your time on Dr. Razon!

Very rude and most terrible doctor. She needs to go back to high school to learn the basic good manners and etiquette. Very unprofessional. She's also lack of knowledge about medicine field. US should take back her license as a doctor, it's just a waste of money and time going to her clinic.

I wouldn't recommend Dr Razon to anyone. I am now in the process of changing her as my primary care physician after a year of poor medical care, lack of basic knowledge, slow response times, and significant delays. As a side note, this review is based on my experience with Dr. Razon prior and after COVID19. During the year I was under Dr. Razon's care, she ordered xrays for the wrong side of my body, prescribed over the counter medications (i.e. thums) for severe stomach aches, and did not order basic diagnostics to properly diagnose and/or further assess persistent health complaints. I had gallstones and I only found out when my OBGYN ordered a sonogram to help determine the source of my stomach aches. In many ways, I became my own medical doctor while I was under Dr. Razon's care. I had to do my own research, advocate for my needs, and I was consistently making appointments with other medical professionals to get to the bottom of my medical issues. Every time I scheduled an an appointment with Dr. Razon or her partner, I felt like I had wasted my time and money. I had to advocate for myself and obtain a referral for basic blood work and xrays, which a regular doctor would normally order to rule out issues. I also felt that there was a lack of basic knowledge on Dr. Razon's part. Most doctors educate their patients on basic health issues such as, stomach aches, bacterial infections, stomach flora, etc. I actually learned a lot from my acupuncturist and my chiropractor, and I finally got to the bottom of my issues by going to other doctors who were more responsive to my needs. I am very concerned about the many negative reviews Dr. Razon has received. A medical professional with a license to practice medicine has a responsibility to address and correct problems as they arise in their practice. It is time for patients to take action and formally address Dr. Razon through the medical board or other consumer health group. If Dr. Razon were to continue on this path, she can miss major life threatening issues like cancer. I strongly urge all of us (patients) to call our individual insurance providers to make them aware of Dr. Razon's troubling medical conduct.
