I had been fighting for custody of my son for close to 7 years and was feeling pretty hopeless. I had spent tens of thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it. I found Michelle online and gave her a shot. Not too long after that, I now have 50/50 custody of my son and could not be happier. She was very open and honest with all her communications, did not mince words, and took care of business. I cannot recommend her enough. It also was great that I live in another state and Michelle was able to work around that.

Standing ovation for Michelle's Family Law Practice. My wife and I gave Michelle and her legal team a very difficult task to accomplish. I am active duty military and was requesting physical custody of my two children from their mother and on top of that, the approval of the court to move them with my wife and I overseas. Since 2013 I have had 2 attorneys that could not reach the simple mark of fighting for physical custody for me even after all the evidence I had given them as ammunition to fight back. With Michelle and her team, the evidence I gave them was very limited. Seemed like we were going to swim against the current, and we did. Michelle and her team sat down with my wife and I to prepare. We could see their sense of genuine interest towards our case and their honest intention to fight tooth and nail against a very experienced attorney we were facing. Michelle and her Firm constantly showed the quality of amazing human beings they both are each time we sat down to discuss our case. Once the time came, Michelle put on her warrior helmet and stood our ground in front of the judge to fight for us, there's no doubt she is one of the toughest out there in the business. My wife and I were jaw dropped with the aggressiveness yet gentle way of her educated vocabulary to find holes on the opposing team and make them look like rookies in front of the judge. Another outstanding job for Michelle Paul and her team. Michelle and her team were my legal representation in 2017 when she pulled an almost impossible task to gain custody of my 2 kids and a move away outside the United States. We enjoyed Japan for 3 years and we owe it to her and her team. We have been state side for two weeks. Today she accomplished yet another challenging task in our court teleconference. She terminated spousal support completely; along with additional custody time share in our favor. Words CANNOT describe the impact she has made to our lives. Highly recommended. To All Who Seek Family Counsel Michelle Paul is the one!! First a big THANK YOU to you Michelle for being there for me throughout my divorce case. You were and ARE professional, knowledgeable, caring, very detailed-oriented and always with a smile. You took on my case with ease and ensured it was resovled in a timely manner. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Michelle Paul was nothing was ever "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru the separation and divorce process from start to finish, Michelle kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Even though I filed for divorce, 6 months later I had a change of heart and decided to have Michelle stop the divorce two weeks before going to court.
