These guys are bad news. Phones not answered. Insurance company can't reach them either. They don't do their jobs. I'd avoid them at all costs.

Can't make this up Referral to head of vacular surgery Scripps Encinitas agreed to preform Adominal Aorta Repair surgery in 10 days day before surgery calls to over his head ,next referral with than 1 day great five doctor CD . 2 days later DR # 2 calls he only preform get this BRAIN Surgery . Back to request 3 rd referral this time agreed time running out need medical attention ASAP Rush to nurse right a way 2 hours later referral to UC Medical Center San Diego call next day UC Medical Center next day on a Friday received 1 pager of a 5 page referral.closed next 5 days. Hope I live tell then

I don't know about anyone else reading this, but let me tell you the battle of the small Medical Group or IPA vs. the big gigantic healthplan is a difficult one. In my particular case today, I worked with a teammate from SPMG named Minerva, and let me tell you she is the homie- She went to bat for this patient trying to get their claim paid. Knows her stuff, advocates for herself, but never rude. True skills, Grace, and professionalism. in a sea of difficult and sometimes unnecessarily complicated phonecalls in this industry, I had a nice experience. Thanks.

Management discourages employees from talking with one another. No sense of direction. There is no training manual for the job description. You are paired with another employee or with the manager and showed how to do the job. If you do not take notes, you will fail. Upper management does not lead by example and does not share knowledge. I do not recommend this facility as a place to work.

I cannot recommend them at all. The DR.s office also complains about their processing.
