I have been going to this establishment for over 4 years. I am not sure if they're veteran owned but they do amazing work for the Military; i.e. award plaques/trophies, name tags and personalized engraving. I have requested very unique, large and detailed orders and the have never failed me. The quality and quick turn around is a definitely a reason I always return.I do not recommend going during "Chief Petty Officer Season" Sept-Oct time frame due to the high volume of orders of name tags but if you plan accordingly, you will set yourself up for success.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have a scheduled pick-up in Award Master today with RUBY. I also need to get a price quote and order 15 EA Command's Parking Signs, 15 EA Parking Stands, and 3 EA exterior 8 ftx8ft rugs/carpet with command logos.When I arrived to their office. the guy at the front desk told me that she's in the restroom and told me to wait. I waited for about 10 mins, when i heard Ruby at the back, she gave the "stamp" i ordered to the guy at the front desk then gave it to me. I told the guy that I need to talk to Ruby ( my POC) to get the price quote I needed. This is exactly what he told me " Ruby doesn't want to talk to anybody, plus she's on the phone right now". Huh! I waited for 10 minutes and I have an appointment with her to pick up my order. What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that? I will inform my command NOT to order in this place again and share my experienced to the other command's Supply Officer that i know.IWTCSD Supply Officer

I purchased a name plate for a transfer from my husbands ship march 15 2022. Paid upfront and was told that it would be two weeks. My husband went in to pick it up and they had spelled a name incorrectly. They had to REMAKE it and we didnt hear back for weeks(all calls made were me constantly asking the status). Finally we got a call about last week letting us know it was ready for pick up, last Wednesday, NEARLY 4 months after purchasing it. Thats ridiculous the person its intended for has since PCSed and is settled in their new command. Additionally the desk plate they had originally messed the spelling up on was DIFFERENT to the one we picked up(the one I picked up was what I had ordered) but it was mistake after mistake. Then when I picked it up there was no sorry, our bad, just kinda rude, so I had to ask for a manager cause like that literally is not cool, and they were like well we can give you a refund(I asked) but youll have to leave your CC Info here so we can process it later.. EXCUSE ME, EEEEWHAT? Ill pass and leave a review cause thats not even ethical. All in all buyer beware.

Located right by a navy base in a small business area. Parking can be limited but have not ran into the issue of not finding a space.I'll warn you right off the bat, go IN PERSON for ordering. They make great awards, but their ordering has always been the problem. I have ordered multiple items from them, but still struggle in ordering via phone and email!?They have an order form for you to describe what you're looking for and even have plenty of examples of previous work. I always use the form and attach a pic of the award example I'm looking for. I also use a word document to have the layout of it. However, they never respond to my emails hence the phone call. When they give me the runaround on the phone, I have to go in person.Save your energy and send the email with follow up IN PERSON visit. Pricing  matches the product and the product is great. Sadly, the more you order from them, will not build a rapport or speed the ordering process.Overall 3 stars for their products and pricing but got to knock them down for the difficulty in ordering something virtually.
