SolAire installed my solar system. It isn't producing what they guaranteed it would. Hasn't for 5 out of the 10 years I've had it. Now they are no where to be found & Sunpower (Who manufactures the solar panels), isn't being very helpful either! DON'T USE SOLAIRE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!
And, they are liars. Half the things they told me they would do, were lies!!!

Extremely poor customer service and follow up support. This organization lacks professionalism and fails in every way possible on basics to help the customer. Once you've paid them, they avoid you like the plague. I have left messages with probably every person and no one bothers to return calls. I need help with infestation of pigeons since the installation of solar panels. This company was very careless in installation and poorly installed the panels creating a nesting cave for pigeons. The damaged caused by the birds is now over $4,000 and the dry leaves and brush have created a fire hazard and unhealthy living conditions as a result of bad smell of fecal matter all over the yard. I'm talking buckets of poop! We are in the process of hiring an attorney to sue for unhealthy conditions. I've tried numerously to get assistance in perhaps installing a more suitable pigeon guard and again, they fail to take care of their customer. They lack experience in both service and installation. I would not recommend them and highly encourage you to go elsewhere.

Solaire delivered such outstanding service, we chose them to install our new solar panels, roof, and whole house system. Their pricing was competitive based on a few other bids we obtained, but it was the service that made us very pleased w/ our selection.
Our salesperson, Kristoffer listened to determine our needs and wasn't pushy. The owner, Jarrod, demonstrated care in helping us determine the right system for our home, and for our budget, with a clear understanding of the financing process.The installation team was very courteous and left the jobsite tidy on a daily basis. Their office was very efficient w/ the permitting and necessary paperwork. These are the important things that factor into making any home improvement project less stressful.
We love seeing our energy bills dissipate into thin air over the last few months, and can't wait to enjoy the savings this summer.
