image I love this hole in the wall. My go-to is the market combo plates. I go for the jerk chicken (half sweet half spicy) with both rices, plantains and lentils. Absolutely to die for!

Kush D. on Yelp

image The food was fine but i did not like how the music in the restaurant has so much bass. All you hear is bass. That kind of atmosphere would be ok in a club but not while you're trying to eat in peace. And I'm a musician! This would be ok if you want to appeal to just one kind of people, young people ready to party, but not in restaurant where family members of all ages come. I couldn't wait to get out of there because you can't hear any vocals or instruments but just bass in your head. When i got to my car i felt so right again. Many people won't say anything about this but just won't come back. Most restaurants have subtle music playing in the background, but this? No. How about some more traditional African music too that can show people some culture?
