I wish I could give them (-5)star. They did a decent work for the first few months. And I bought couple of new clothing and wanted them to get drycleaned before I wear them so that they can last longer. (This was July) One of my clothings was returned with stains all over the shirt from the pattern on it, and there was a little tag saying < sorry we couldn’t remove the stains > SRSLY???? That was $400 brand new high brand polo which I haven’t worn even once ! And they’re like it was already there ?? which is nonsense!! I felt even more offended since they lied to me. (I normally check every clothes I put in the dry cleaning bag , and if there’re any stains, I put post-it on the item) Furthermore, even worse, it took 4months to solve this issue and actually it’s still not solved. (Now it’s late in November) The most annoying thing is that it was very very hard to contact them with this issue. They said they reported to the manager (Will) and he will get back to me which never happened. ( When I tried to talk to the manager, they always say ‘ he’s very busy, he’s out of office, he’s on a business trip .. etc) I think People there are trying to be kind but the customer service quality is not good and the response was super slow. I even had to visit them since they didn’t respond me back too long. Seemed like they don’t even share the claims from customers. For the first month, I had to explain every time I called them for any updates because they were like.. ‘I wasn’t the one who took your call, it’s my first time to hear about this’. It was sssso frustrating to explain them multiple times. I’m not even sure weather I can trust their service with my high-brand clothes anymore. I’m just so worried if they ruin them again like what happened last time. And worst part is i know that it will take forever to solve the issues. UPDATE ( Jan/ 2019 ) I was very upset with them and I still am, but I didn’t post that review on google and give them a last chance to make this up. Now it’s already 2019 , They are dragging this issue and keeping changing their words and the ladies there are extremely rude and standing behind the manager (who never at the office and cannot be reached for last over 6 months / I’m sure there’s no manager ) Seriously? They totally ruined my clothes and they don’t want to give me a single penny and make excuses ? I don’t know how people left good reviews on them. They must have bought those people’s review.
